Welcome to our Family of Service Companies. Together Auto-Chlor®, Eastlease and Fiber Tech® provide products, equipment and service for the warewashing, laundry, housekeeping and floor care markets. We have combined the experience and service force of Auto-Chlor®, Eastlease and Fiber Tech® to offer tailor-made lease and service programs for dishwashing, laundry and housekeeping applications in the Food & Beverage, Hotel/Motel, Health Care and other institutional markets. Whether it is a restaurant, hotel, motel, hospital, nursing home, school, university, prison, or processing plant, we can design and tailor an equipment lease and chemical program to meet your cleaning and sanitation needs. No other organization in the Institutional & Industrial, and Hospitality & Health Care marketplace can bundle these services together.

We produce our cleaning and sanitizing products in six facilities throughout a seven state Southeastern area (see the map on the Locations page under the Service menu). Auto-Chlor® manufactures its own line of Commercial Dishwashers ranging from under the counter models to double-tank models and Auto-Chlor® provides several multiple tank conveyors. Eastlease is a specialty laundry equipment leasing company with certified technicians representing most major brand washer-extractors and dryers. We specialize in 35 to 200 lb. capacity equipment primarily designed for the OPL (on-premise laundry) and the Institutional & Industrial market. Fiber Tech® specializes in advanced laundry product technology specifically designed for the Institutional & Industrial laundry markets, with a particular expertise in wet-cleaning (an alternative to traditional dry cleaning).
